WhatsApp is planning a new folder for messages from large businesses

WhatsApp is apparently aware of the fact that a lot of its users are facing a problem with clutter in their main chat list, especially due to having a lot of separate threads with messages from large businesses like banks or airlines.

So, according to a new report, WhatsApp is now testing what it thinks is a solution to this problem. Messages from large businesses will automatically be moved into a new “Offers & Updates” folder after a set number of hours have passed since they were received.
