A reality show introduced them to the world, now their style has us coming back for more

The world is currently engrossed in the latest seasons of Love Island UK and Love Island USA, and it’s been nothing short of interesting, chaotic, nerve-wracking, and everything in between.

While the drama may dominate the conversation, one thing Love Island has consistently delivered over the years is a list of women who become fashion it-girls. Outside of the recouplings, bombshell entrances, and villa feuds, some contestants have gone on to build reputations as bona fide style stars long after their seasons ended.

Most contestants who appear on Love Island aren’t particularly well-known before entering the villa. They gain their astronomical fame through the show and the opportunities that come afterwards. With how fast-paced and fleeting today’s culture is, especially when it comes to people’s attention spans, remaining relevant long after shows is no easy feat.

Yet these women have managed to do exactly that. They have solidified themselves as style icons in their own right and proven that their influence extends far beyond reality television. Simply put, you would be hard-pressed to catch them having an off-fashion day.

    Olandria Carthen

Easily one of the most popular and successful contestants to come out of Love Island in recent years, Olandria has built a massive following for herself long after leaving the villa. During her season and even now, fans couldn’t get enough of Nicolandria, the beloved couple name given to her and fellow Islander Nic Vansteenberghe.

Following the show’s conclusion, Carthen’s rise to stardom was almost immediate, thanks in large part to her impeccable sense of style. Consistently spotted in standout looks, she has established herself as a fashion favourite, with a strong team helping to bring her vision to life.

Her makeup is often handled by makeup artist Painted by Esther and styling by The Resinmas, as such, her fashion and beauty moments are often the subject of online conversation.

Over the past year, Olandria has become a regular fixture in the fashion world. She attended several fashion weeks and even walked in designer Sergio Hudson’s SS 26 show during New York Fashion Week. Most recently, she graced the cover of Rolling Stone Africa for its Juneteenth 2026 Afrodescendant Issue. When news broke that she was in Nigeria, fans were understandably excited — and now we know why.

In May, she also collaborated with luxury designer Brandon Blackwood on a capsule collection featuring three signature handbag designs that sold out in minutes.

Before reality television, Olandria worked in corporate sales within the elevator industry. Today, she is a high-fashion model, sought-after brand collaborator, and rising fashion figure. Proof that when the right opportunity meets preparation, remarkable things can happen.

For those who watch Love Island and even those who don’t, you probably remember that unforgettable moment between Serena and Kordell on the terrace during Season 6 that had viewers on the edge of their seats. Thankfully, the pair found their way back to each other and ultimately went on to win their season of Love Island USA.

Before finding fame on reality television, Serena worked in corporate media strategy as a media planner. Following her victory on the show, she signed with a creative agency, allowing her to fully pursue opportunities in entertainment, modelling, and acting.

Since leaving the villa, Page has established herself as one of the most stylish alumni of the franchise. Her fashion style consistently makes waves on the red carpet and at major industry events, where she never fails to deliver a memorable look.

Last year, she turned heads at the ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Awards in a stunning orange gown by LaQuan Smith. More recently, she made a statement at the 2026 Billboard Women in Music event in a striking sheer black two-piece by Matières Fécales.

Outside of events, Serena frequently collaborates with global brands and continues to build her presence as a fashion and lifestyle influencer. And yes, for anyone wondering, she is still happily together with her Love Island sweetheart, Kordell.

Chelley Bissainthe made history as the first Haitian-American contestant to join Love Island. Before the show, she worked in finance as a day trader, but her life took a different turn after her time in the villa.

Since then, Bissainthe has built an impressive following and established herself in both the fashion and beauty spaces. Like many of the women on this list, she has become a regular presence at red-carpet events and runway shows, consistently showcasing her impeccable sense of style.

Fans are equally obsessed with her beauty. Her beauty routines often become talking points online, and she usually shares makeup tips and tricks with fans online. Her growing influence has led to collaborations and campaigns with brands, including CoverGirl, True Religion, and SheaMoisture.

With a thriving presence in fashion and beauty, Bissainthe continues to prove her influence—and there are no signs of her slowing down anytime soon.

Leah Kateb appeared on Season 6 of Love Island USA, where she finished as a runner-up alongside her partner, Miguel Harichi. During and after the show, she became one-third of the beloved PPG trio, alongside Serena Page and JaNa Craig, a friendship that continues to captivate fans.

Soon after the show ended, Kateb became a familiar face at fashion events, giving fans a look at her gorgeous style. She has been spotted at runway shows like New York Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week earlier this year, among others. She showcases her daily life on her social media accounts as well, through pictures and vlogs.

In addition to securing influencer deals after leaving the villa, Leah took things a step further by successfully transitioning into the beauty and fashion industry, building a name for herself beyond social media. Last year, she joined clean beauty and fragrance brand Skylar as its Re-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, cementing her place in the beauty space as an executive and creative leader.

One-third of the iconic PPG trio, a friendship so beloved that all members had to be included on this list, JaNa Craig, finished third on Love Island USA Season 6. Like her best friends, she is never far from fashion and runway conversations.

She was spotted at the GRAMMYs this year in a stunning sheer gown by Roman Bradshaw, and more recently, she attended

American Music Awards red carpet, continuing to serve up beautiful looks.

Since leaving the show, Craig has remained active in the fashion space, consistently showing up at major events and collaborating with global brands. As a lifestyle, fashion, and beauty content creator, her style is always on full display across her social media, where she continues to build a strong and engaged audience.

    Life after Love Island

In an age where trends come and go overnight, these women have built distinct personal brands that audiences genuinely look forward to engaging with. Even while they were still in their respective seasons on the show, they looked really stylish. They even had viewers already paying close attention to what they were wearing and searching for their outfits online. It’s no surprise that they have since gone on to become true trendsetters.

One look from them is enough to set the internet buzzing. Their influence now extends far beyond Love Island, and they’ve successfully built a name for themselves in the fashion, beauty, and entertainment spaces. Perhaps that’s the real reason they’re still on our radar years later. Whatever your personal style, these women deserve a place on your fashion inspiration mood board.
